NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Legendary artist Stevie Wonder will hold a free concert Monday night at Norfolk Scope for the Obama for America campaign.
Doors will open at 6 p.m ., and tickets are available online now.
The event is free and open to the public, and a ticket is required for entrance. One ticket per person will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
