For our 1st episode of 2014, we at The Diggers Union plan on continuing to do the best we can entertaining and educating the audience. Following such a warm reception in our 1st year on radio, we kick off 2014 with a follow up installment to our series, “The Allowance Money Mix.” This time focusing on the high school years (the 1990s), we present 2 more hours of hard hitting hip-hop. Featuring a predominantly East Coast sound, we bring you classics from artists such as KRS-One, The Alkaholiks, O.C., The Roots and the late Big L. This mix is sure to invoke memories of lunch tickets, lyricism and beat making on the cafeteria tables.
