On July 24th, 1999, Treach<\/strong> of Naughty by Nature<\/strong> married Sandra “Pepa” Denton<\/strong> of Salt-n-Pepa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Naughty by Nature<\/strong> formed in East Orange, New Jersey when Treach met Kay Gee <\/strong>in high school. They dubbed themselves The New Style<\/strong> and began performing at local talent shows.<\/li>\n
Queen Latifah <\/strong>discovered Naughty by Nature — which had become a trio with Vinnie <\/strong>— and helped them land a deal with Tommy Boy. Their 1991 self-titled debut went platinum on the strength of the mega-hit “OPP.”<\/li>\n
Naughty scored another platinum hit with “Hip Hop Hooray,” from 1993’s 19 Naughty Three<\/em>. 1995’s Poverty’s Paradise<\/em> netted them a Grammy award for Best Rap Album<\/em>.<\/li>\n
In 1999, Treach and Pepa were married by Reverend Run<\/strong>, but they broke up\u00a0two years later.<\/li>\n
After the commercially disappointing 19 Naughty Nine: Nature’s Fury<\/em>, Kay Gee departed to focus on a production career. Treach and Vinnie released an album as a duo, IIcons<\/strong>, in 2002.<\/li>\n
Treach has carved out an acting career with a bit part in the Tupac<\/strong>-led drama Juice<\/em> and minor parts in The Meteor Man<\/em>, Who’s the Man<\/em> and Jason’s Lyri<\/em>c. He also had a recurring role on the HBO prison series Oz<\/em> during the mid-’90s.<\/li>\n
In 2006, Naughty by Nature reunited for the single “Get to Know Me Better”, featuring Pitbull. <\/strong>In 2010, they released Naughty by Nature: Tha Mixtape<\/em>, and this past December they put out their seventh studio album, Anthem Inc.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
